ABOUT THE 5th APTCCARN MEETING
This event aims to expand people to people linkages among a diverse range of skills, capabilities and experiences of cultural heritage recovery and disaster management. The forum, led by community knowledge holders and cultural heritage practitioners, aims to share their recent experiences from the natural disasters and cultural heritage recovery projects in the Philippines, Southeast Asia and beyond.

PROGRAM
With a primary focus on movable cultural heritage, the program includes participation, sharing and learning, focussing on:

Disaster recovery and cultural materials conservation in the community

The dynamics of change

Cultural materials salvage, rehabilitation, revitalisation and management

Environmental parameters and disaster response in Southeast Asia

Recent and shared experiences
Over 3 days, the forum will include study visits, sharing sessions, group activities, practical workshops and presentations.

REGISTRATIONS
Registrations start at 7:45am at the Metro Centre, ground floor. We will travel to Maribojoc Parish by van for a 9:00am start.
​
The 3 day forum registration fee is $135 AUD (approximately $100 USD depending on the day of transaction).
This includes attendance at the forum, the forum program and site visit information, three lunches, morning and afternoon tea, and visits to the Church sites on the island of Bohol.
